working on something new

6 Rockstar energy colas, 1 Redbull, 8 slices of pizza pizza, a few old skool VHS movie watching sessions, some 7-11 Taquitos thrown in, combined with countless hours of 80's flashback streaming online radio, a few random browsing trips to Value Village, countless rock/metal workout sessions with a friend and the drive ...to make a new horror film = a new idea....finally. So far the working title is called "the witching house" and I'm going for another throwback approach, but place it in the 80's. No country/folk music in this one. Retro, new wave only. Style? no "Friday the 13th" style or "grindhouse" look. More like, "Eyes Of A Stranger" meets "The Amityville Horror" meets "Hellraiser" with a little "Poltergeist" thrown in. Should be interesting. Haven't fully dived into the actual script yet. Still working on scenes, characters.
